Van Velzen C.S. is the link between entrepreneurs and international business. We are internationally operating business lawyers specializing in three interrelated areas: Corporate, Commercial and Mobility, all of which are cross-border in nature. We design legal solutions, including supply chain and corporate structures, and ensure their implementation worldwide.

We design the corporate structure, set up the company, arrange all necessary permits, assist in appointing a distributor or agent, and take care of associated contracts and work permits. During his studies at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Hans van Velzen started his career: Van Velzen C.S. was founded in 1990. From 1995 onwards, the company gained momentum and started to focus primarily on small and medium-sized businesses with international ambitions. In 1998, we crossed the border ourselves by opening an office in Belgium.

Smaller companies generally move quickly, just like us. This is a good match; we speak the same language. Entrepreneurs have plans and want to realize those. We take work off their hands, smooth the way and ensure that everything runs efficiently from a legal perspective.

The advantage is that we do not focus on one country but operate worldwide, thanks to an extensive network of specialists. We support our clients in setting up businesses worldwide and establishing trade structures, transactions and relationships. We focus on North America, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
